New joint entity: "VVG Academy — Saudi Arabia" (or agreed variant). Operating under full VVG Academy branding and UK accreditation framework.
NISA / MISA Licensing
Joint NISA license conversion via MISA. Existing sponsor licenses can be converted. This structure enables additional partners to be onboarded under the same framework.
Revenue Model
All revenues flow into the joint entity. After operating costs, net profits distributed per agreed ownership ratio. Exact split formalised in Principal Agreement.
Governance
Joint Board of Directors. VVG Academy leads academic strategy and brand. Partner leads local operations, admin, and regulatory compliance.
GCC Expansion
The joint entity structure is designed to scale across GCC — same license framework enables UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain expansion with minimal additional friction.
Global Network
Joint venture gains access to the full WBG ecosystem (65+ countries), NTT Groups corporate network, and VVG Academy's university partnerships for immediate credibility.
